PDF packages allow you to use PDF files like folders, grouping multiple documents and document types within a single PDF Package file. Now you can organize entire groups of information such as case files, tax information, course work, or training materials within a single file. And sharing all of your grouped information is now as simple as emailing that one packaged file.

What’s more, unlike combining files, each document in the PDF package maintains its own page settings and security settings. As a result, each document within the package can be viewed, edited, and formatted independently of the other documents contained within the PDF package.

Incorporating other formats — Multiple files and multiple file types can be included within a PDF Package. Non-PDF files can be added to an existing PDF package in their native format by simply selecting the file and dragging it into the package. When selected, non-PDF files included within a package will open in their native application, and therefore they cannot leverage the searching and printing capabilities described above.
