Service and Support Expanded to Meet Customer Demand and Needs
SYDNEY, Australia, July 17, 2013 – Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading provider of speech and imaging solutions, today announced the Company has expanded support, service and staff in Asia-Pacific to meet growing customer requirements. Specifically, during the past few months Nuance introduced:
- Extended Support – Since May 2013, Nuance has added dedicated lines throughout Asia-Pacific, available for Equitrac Express, Equitrac Office and Equitrac Professional products to partners who support customers in the region. Local Asia-Pacific support numbers are available at http://www.equitrac.com/contact-Us-Today.html. Support is available Monday to Friday 8:00am New Zealand Time to 5:00pm Singapore Time. In addition, a full online portal with self-help articles and the ability to create and manage service requests with Nuance Customer Support is available at http://nuanceimaging.custhelp.com.
- Improved Distribution Network – To help Nuance partners more effectively capitalise on market demand, Nuance is shifting its distribution network to directly support regional partners with enhanced pre and post-sales support, and customer service.
- Additional Local Staff – Nuance increased local staff 80 percent with plans to increase an additional 55 percent. This staff is dedicated specifically to service and support.
